All forms have the same default form name (New Form) and you need to give them a different name in order to distinguish between them.
The name of the form appears in many places (in the data center forms list, in the published form title, in the emails etc.) so it is important that you give it a name to match its content.
It is really easy to change the form name - all you need to do is:
1- Enter the form builder.
2- Go to the 'form settings'.
