The Thank you message is a short message the form owner can add to the small progress window that appears after the form is submitted.
There are 2 situations in which the message will not be appear (even though it was added in the 'Form settings'):
1- When the form width and height are smaller than the "thank you message progress bar" a user will get a simple "Form Submitted" window instead.
If you wish to make the "thank you message progress bar" appear please consider increasing your form dimensions to more than 155px in height and 285px in width.
2- When the 'Post Submit URL' option is used the form will redirect to the next Url without showing the progress bar and message.
