Contact us form is the most common web form one will find on web sites.
It is the best way for a company to open its lines on communication to the public.
Contact forms usually have the same structure. They consist of a user information section
(name, company, email etc.), and a contact detail section (purpose for contact, subject, description).
Once A contact us form is filled by a user (see example below), this mail is automatically
sent to the form owner mail account.
