When you enter the form builder for the first time you will be located the pool mode by default. In this work mode you will be required to collect questions. Once you've finished assembling your questions you can switch to Flow' mode and add conditioning to the form. Please note that using the Flow mode is not mandatory, so if you decide to rely on the Pool only you can simply publish the form and the questions will appear as displayed in the pool. Following are steps to create a questions pool: 1)  Choose to create a 'Basic' form in the "Data Center". 2)  Enter a form name in the 'form settings'. You will not be able to save the form until you do so. 3)  Press on the 'Add Question' icon to add a question to the pool. There are 6 types of questions you can choose from: - a regular textbox question (such as: what is your name?) - a free text question (such as: Please describe what you look like) - an email address question (such as: please fill in your email address) - a numeric value question (such as: what is your age?) - a Radio list question (a multiple selection question such as: what is your gender? male /female) - a Dropdown list question (a multiple selection question such as: what is your favorite color? blue/red/yellow/other) 4)  Once you have added all of your questions you can change their order by pressing on the 'Move Up' and 'Move Down' icons. You can edit them using the 'Edit Question' icon or delete some by using the 'Delete' icon. 5)  You may also add groups of questions if you wish. A group is a collection of questions that you would like to display together, one after the other.
