Pool Work Mode

The basic form, which is a flow & conditioning form, consists of 2 work modes: Pool and Flow.
When you enter the form builder for the first time you will be located the pool mode by default. In this work mode you will be required to collect questions. Once you've finished assembling your questions you can switch to Flow' mode and add conditioning to the form. Please note that using the Flow mode is not mandatory, so if you decide to rely on the Pool only you can simply publish the form and the questions will appear as displayed in the pool.

Following are steps to create a questions pool:

1)  Choose to create a 'Basic' form in the "Data Center".
Create a new form

2)

Enter a form name in the 'form settings'. You will not be able to save the form until you do so.

Press on the 'Add Question' icon to add a question to the pool. There are 6 types of questions you can choose from:
- Textbox - a regular textbox question (such as: what is your name?)
