What is the Affiliate Program?
The FormLogix affiliate program enables a FormLogix user to make money by placing a referral link in his/her website/blog.
Once someone that is referred to FormLogix purchases a "per form" subscription you will be entitled to a 20% share of his/her total purchase price.
in fact, not only will you be entitled to this share but you will also be entitled to a 20% commission on all of this user's "per form" subscription purchases made on the first year (starting from the user's registration date).
How does it work
The FormLogix affiliate program provides 3 kinds referral links for you to choose from: image banners, image buttons and text links.
All you need to do is select a link, copy the generated referral code and embed it in your website or blog.
In addition, a personal affiliate dashboard will be set up especially for you in your FormLogix account, allowing you to view all transactions deriving from your referral links.
Once someone clicks on your link and registers to FormLogix a new row will open in your account affiliate dashboard.
If this user decides to purchase a FormLogix "per form" subscription this row will update with the purchase details (date, price and your share of the transaction).
Once a minimum sum of 100$ is accumulated in your account you will
be allowed to make a withdraw by requesting the transfer of your earnings to your PayPal merchant account.
Money Request
Requesting a money transfer to your PayPal account can only take place:
A- after 60 days have passed from the time of purchase and the transaction status is "Confirmed"
Since FormLogix promises a 60 day money back guarantee on all subscription purchases.
B- Once 100$ are accumulated in your account.
(The sum of confirmed transactions must exceed 100$ in order to make a money request).
* Please note that all FormLogix transactions are executed via PayPal; so you will need to have a merchant account
in order to collect your money.

2- Choose a FormLogix referral link and embed it in your webpage.
