In the process of saving a report or a chart you are required to fill in the report/chart properties: form name, description, Share indication and saving as shortcut indication.
Once the properties are saved you can always edit them.
Steps to change the report/Chart properties:

Choose the 'Properties' option from the 'Report & Chart' section in the toolbar.
