Go to the application list in the data center.

Press on the 'Clone Form' icon in the relevant form row.
(For example the screenshot below shows cloning of the 'contact form').

A cloned version of the form you selected will open in the form creator.
It will look exactly like the original but will actually be a copy of it.
All you need to do is give the new form a name and save it...
and voila! you have a cloned form.
