There are 2 ways of inserting your personal message in to the email sent to form fillers and mailing list addresses:
A) using the "Email User Message".
B) Using this Custom User Email option.
The difference between the two options is that in the first option the message should be short and cannot be edited in terms of style.
Also, in the second option the form owner may insert variables to his message.
Steps of using the Custom User Email option:
1) Go to the "Form Settings".

2) Press on the '...' button to open the Custom User Email window.

3) start writing your message.

4) you may choose a field from your form and press on the "Add Variable" button to insert it to your message.
In this Image, for example, the "name" field was inserted as a variable (resulting in the code: Dear [627]), so when the form filler received his email -his name would appear where the variable was placed (For example: Dear John).
