| Steps to export to excel: |
1) |
Get your data ready -This means that if you want to export only a part of the data you must apply a filter on it before
exporting it. And see to it that all the material for export is shown on the first page. Remember- What ever is on the report
screen is what you'll get.
|
| 2)
|
'What you see is what you get' also applies to the number of entry rows that are displayed in a report page.
If you have a lot of data entries you would like to export you must first see that they are all displayed in one page,
because the export only works with one report page. Exporting data which is displayed in 2 or more pages will result in
a partial export of data. Only the entry rows of the first page will be exported.

|
|
|
In order to determine how many rows will be displayed in the result table, go to the filter terms and fill the 'rows in page'
field with a number no smaller than the number of rows you want to export. This will display all the entries in one report page.
(So if you have a hundred data entries and you want to export them all, make sure that the number of 'rows in
page' is no smaller than a hundred).
|
| 3)
|
Go to the toolbox left menu and choose the export option. Pick the export method by turning the relevant radio button and pressing on the "Go" button.

Export pop up window doesn't open If once trying to export your data (using one of our export options) the export pop up window does not open
you will need to change your ie browser's security settings. The reason for this is that the explorer browser is set to identify and block a pop up window that tries to open a file.
steps to change this setting:
1- go to : Internet options --->Security --->Custom level --->settings --->downloads
2 - set automatic prompting for file download to enabled.
3 - Save setting and close all dialog box
