If for some reason you have deleted forms from your application list they may still be retrieved.
All that needs to be done in order to restore the deleted forms is:
1) Enter the data center.
2) press on the 'Restore forms' option in the Application List header.
3) All the forms that were ever deleted from this account will be restored.
