Send Mail

The mail option enables you to send an e-mail to a group of people whose mail address appear in your report table.
Let's say your results table consists of your company's clients (names, addresses, telephone numbers...).
This mailing option gives you a way to send them (or part of them) an email regarding common issues such as
sending them all sales and discount information…

Using the "Multiple Select" column in the result table (the furthest left column) enables the user to turn on the checkboxes of the rows he/she wants to select for mailing.

The "Multiple Select" column also consists of a checkbox in the column header, making it possible to choose all the mail addresses at once.
|

Please notice that you may use a text editor to change the way your message looks by pressing on the "Edit Text" button. Pressing on the "Save" icon in the editor will save all the changes (styles applied and text changes) and return to the mail option in the toolbox.

Steps to send mail to mail addresses in your report table: |

Go to the tool box left menu and choose the 'mail' option.

Check the "Multiple Select" checkboxes of the data entries you want to send mail to.
Notice that as soon as you select a checkbox, the mail address will appear in the 'To' field
of the mailing option (in the toolbox).

Fill in the subject and message.
|

Press on the "Edit Text" button and change the style of your email: choose font family, font size, color etc. press on the "Save" icon in the editor to save all the changes and resume to the mail option in the toolbox.

Press 'send'.
