FormLogix is currently offering 2 discount coupons for users who wish to upgrade their membership:
A. 'Gold Member' coupon providing 10% discount for users who registered before December 1st 2010.
B. 'Silver Member' coupon, providing 5% discount, for those who registered after December 1st 2010.
Each user may only use the coupon code that is generated for his account email*. You may not use someone else's coupon code, or give your coupon code to another user.
The Coupon resides on the FormLogix Facebook page and may be used while making a "per form" subscription.
Following are steps explaining how to use the coupon:
1- Enter the FormLogix 'grab a coupon' page.
2- Fill in your FormLogix account email in the email address textbox.
3- Press on the 'send' button.
4- Copy the generated coupon code.
5- Make your 'per form' order (choose form/s, subscription period, and add ssl and uploads if needed).
6- Paste the code in the 'coupon code' textbox.
7- Press 'apply coupon' and you will see how the payment total reduces.
8- Press on the 'buy now' button.
9- You will be redirected to PayPal, where you will be asked to pay the reduced subscription fee.
10- Make the payment in PayPal.
* Using someone else's coupon will result in an order cancelation and even and account closure.
