User Problem:

Is there a way to change the look of the emails sent to form fillers and mailing list recepients?
The system currently sends the default email which doesnot suit my purposes.

FormLogix Team Solution:
|
|
The formLogix system sends a basic and fixed layout email by default to all form fillers and mailing list recipients.
However, this layout may be changed by using the "Custom User Email" option. The changed layout is not applied to the entire account but rather to specific chosen forms.
Please note that the new custom layout you create is sent to both form fillers as well as mailing list recipients. It should also be noted that the custom email is sent instead of the regular default email, and that the email sent to the form owner stays the same.
Steps to change the email layout:
1) Enter the form you want to change in the form creator.
2) Go to the "form settings" on the right side.
3) Open the "Custom User Email" window by pressing on the [...] button..
4) Enter the text you wish to appear in the custom email.
5) Choose the variables you would like to insert to your email based on the fields you
in the form. Adding a variable such as [name] ,for instance, would allow you to
insert the form filler's name in the email. and you will be able to add a sentence like:
"Hello Benny..." instead of "Hello user..."
6) press on the "Edit Text" to style your text (colors, fonts, etc) and press on the "save"
icon (disc icon on the left) to save the changes.
