Why doesn't the export window open?

The export options are not working. I press on the "export" button but nothing seems to happen - the export window does not open.

Some browsers block the export output for security reasons - this is the reason why it seems like the export is not working.
In order to display the pop up window and download the file
please follow these steps and change your browser's security settings:
1) Go to: Internet options ---> Security ---> Custom level ---> settings ---> downloads.
2) Set the automatic prompting for file download to "enabled".
3) Save the setting and close all dialog boxes.
