Create user shortcuts to parts of the information you deal with most of the time. Use the filter option in the report wisely, and
save the filter terms for future use.
Saving a filter as a shortcut means that the saved filter will also appear as a link in the Data Center - 'User Shortcuts' box.
This shortcut enables a user to enter an already filtered report instead of entering the complete report and filtering for information
he really need.
