Sort Data Entries

Use the sorting option to find specific data entries. Sorting is an option that enables the user to view the data entries in the report in a certain order: ascending (A-Z) or descending (Z-A).
You may sort all the information according to a field of your choice. If, for example, you are looking for the latest data entries you may sort according to the 'entry date' column.
In order to use the sorting option all you need to do is press on the report caption of the specific field. Click once for descending order, twice for ascending order.
