FormLogix is a professional form builder offering a 30-day free trial version (for private
trial
and private light weight users) as well as a Pro version (for private as well as public professional use).
Free Trial Version For Private Use
Once signing in to our service the new account owner may enjoy our Free Version, in
which the
forms may only be used privately (only the account owner is allowed to enter data in the forms). Each form may contain up to 20 submissions and almost all features are available (Except
for 2 features: SSL and File Uploads).
Once the 30-day Free Trial Version is over all forms will no longer be active, though
the account owner will still be able to view and export his/her data after the form closes.

What will change once 30 days have passed since I registered?

Once the 30-day free trial version is over all forms will be closed for data entry
and the account owner will be able to view the information accumulated as well as
export it.

What will change after 60 days have passed since I registered?

If no forms are purchased for 60 days (starting from registration date) the account
will be shut down
according to the "Automatic account cleanup and termination" policy (detailed below).

What is the automatic account cleanup and termination policy?
|
|
|
FormLogix will apply an automatic account cleanup and termination policy.
According to
this termination policy user accounts which are found to have no paid
forms in them for
the last *60 days will be terminated – this procedure will be
performed automatically,
without a notification to the account owner.
‘Terminated’ means that all forms and data will be deleted without an option
to restore
them and that the account will be closed.
*60 days - 60 days previous to cleanup date, checked at any given time
and starting with 60 days passed the user’s registration date.
