Feedback-Support widgets are ready made form components that may be
embedded in
a blog or web page.
Feedback forms and support forms are very important client service tools in any web sites or blogs.
Feedback forms are forms through which a web or blog owner can gather user and visitor comments,
testimonials, critique etc. Support forms help give users a solution to problems they encountere while on
the web site or blog.
Feedback forms usually have the same structure. They consist of a user information section
(name, email etc), and a feedback detail section (subject, description).
Support forms too have a similar look. They usually consist of a user information section (name, email,
phone number) and the support request (problem description, information request etc).
